- To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, with its original tags, and in the original packaging.
- The 30-day exchange period begins from the date of delivery.
- How to Initiate an Exchange:
- To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at cs@sjlifestyle.ph within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, the reason for the exchange, and any relevant details or images.
- Exchange Process:
- Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and upon approval, we will issue you a unique coupon code for the value of your original purchase.
- This coupon has no expiry, and may choose any available model or style from our website as the replacement.
- Non-Exchangeable Items:
- Personalized or customized items are non-exchangeable unless there is a defect or error on our part.
- Please note that items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for exchanges
- Defective or Damaged Items:
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will cover the cost of return shipping and arrange for a replacement.
- Value Differences:
- Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds if the value of the new item is lower than the original purchase.
- Shipping Costs:
- Express shipping and COD costs are non-refundable.
- Return shipping for exchanges to our warehouse is the responsibility of the customer.
